How to change your NHS login email address
- Login to your NHS account.
- Select Login and security settings.
- Under Email and password select Change for email.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to change your email address.
If you cannot access the email address you use for your NHS account
If you cannot access the email address you use for your NHS account, you'll need to create a new account.
To do this:
- Go to the service you need to use.
- Select Continue with NHS login.
- Select Create an account.
- Enter a new email address that you will not lose access to.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- After entering your personal details you'll get the message 'You already have an NHS account'.
- Select Continue with my new account and accept the conditions.
